Ieva started her real estate career working with foreclosures and short sales, which gave her a solid foundation in navigating complex distressed transactions. Ieva has participated in closing thousands of transactions for both buyers and sellers, adding invaluable experience and insight to her current real estate practice. This experience enables her to guide clients through the inspection and contract negotiation processes with confidence and precision, making even the most complicated deals feel seamless. 
 
Born and raised in Lithuania, Ieva has resided in DuPage county for over 20 years. Ieva is fluent in Lithuanian, English, and Russian, allowing her to serve a diverse clientele and effectively communicate with buyers and sellers from different backgrounds.

Outside of real estate, Ieva is passionate about strength training and active lifestyle, which helps her maintain high energy levels and a sharp focus when assisting her clients.
