Experience is a combination of time and results, so be sure to ask the REALTOR® you decide to work with very specific, important questions:
✨ How many houses have you sold last year, successfully? How about this year?
✨ How many homes in this specific area have you sold, to date, and more importantly, in the last 90 days?
✨ Do you know the schools, pending developments and what attracts potential buyers to your particular neighborhood?
✨ What support do you have in order to facilitate all areas of the transaction (admin support, web support, social media support, customer care support, and deal administration)?
✨ What strategy do you have to execute this listing successfully?
Once again, if it's your largest asset, you want to ensure that your REALTOR® is also an effective communicator, and negotiator and is reliable. Ask the questions, get the answers.
